Hello Abdul and Jacqueline,
I wish to commend – and express much gratitude for – Agnes and Sandra. They have taken the initiative to go to the front desk to ask for help when Sunrise staff do not respond to the call button. Also, they have come up with creative ways to help Mom eat better.
For all I know, this is part of Lavender Cares training. Regardless, it is meaningful to me.
